Gion-nabe
Gion-nabe is Japanese dish that is placed in
the center of the table,and all the guests
share.You cook all the ingredients together
in a large pot containing a mild-tasting soup
seasoned with miso at your table.
Shabu-shabu
In prepareing shabu-shabu,thinly slice beef
is cooked along with vegitables in a special
broth.Only one portion is cooked at a time.
Shabu-shabu is served with a specially
prepared sause of sesame and vineger.
